Payment

You will have the option to pay for your appointment at the end of the booking form. Alternatively, payment for the appointment must be made by bank transfer or Revolut within 3 days of making the booking. It is mandatory for new clients to complete the payment for their first session no later than 3 days before the date of the visit. Failure to complete the payment within the timeframe will cancel the appointment and render the previously booked spot vacant to other clients. It will also incur the unpaid fee when booking subsequent appointments.

Cancellation policy

Cancelling the appointment less than 48 hours before due time will incur the full appointment fee. If the appointment is cancelled 48 hours or more before the due time no fee will be incurred. For full details, click here.
